API v2 does not send completion events to another product, and it does not accept inbound HTTP webhooks. To bring results into your own platform, poll the reports endpoints on a schedule. To notify people, use Settings → Custom Alerts to email your team when a course is completed, a licence limit is reached, or a client is due to expire.
