Add the courses you host

Bring existing SCORM and other hosted courses into one bundle instead of sending separate files for each part of a programme.

Open or sequential access

Leave courses available for learners to choose, or unlock the next course when a required course is completed or a minimum score is met.

Optional courses

Mark a course as optional so it does not block bundle completion.

In the bundle editor

Set unlock rules and scoring on each course

Administrators configure this in Bundles. Each course card has optional flags, score inclusion, and a Prerequisites section.

Leave this off to include the course in the bundle average. Turn it on for courses that should not affect the overall score, so a chosen quiz can stand as the result.

What the learner sees

Locked courses stay visible, but cannot be opened.

The bundle player lists every course. Locked items stay in the sidebar until the unlock rule is met. A certificate item appears in that list. The LMS is updated when every non-optional course has met its completion or pass requirement. If you also set a minimum overall score, the certificate stays locked until that average is met as well.

What the LMS receives

The customer imports one learning item.

You keep the individual courses in SCORM Dispatch. The customer downloads one dispatch package (or uses an External Link or LTI launch) for the whole bundle.

One item in the LMS

The LMS catalogue shows a single course. Learners do not import each module separately.

Overall completion

The LMS is marked complete when every non-optional course has met its completion or pass requirement. Optional courses do not block this. If a required course reports failed, the bundle can report failed.

Overall score

The score sent to the LMS is the average of courses included in the final score, or the selected quiz if others are excluded. A passed status is sent when every non-optional course has met its completion or pass requirement, not merely because the learner has opened every course. A required course that reports failed can send a failed status instead.

Certificates

Download becomes available in the player

The certificate unlocks when every non-optional course has met its completion or pass requirement. If you add a minimum overall score, download also waits until the bundle average (or the selected quiz) reaches that figure. That extra score rule is for the PDF: LMS completion still follows the course completion and pass requirements above, so a learner can complete the programme in the LMS while the certificate stays locked.
