Connect external LTI learning tools to SCORM Dispatch. The tool is launched through Dispatch, so you can include it in the same licensing and delivery workflow as hosted courses.
Make learning available from SCORM Dispatch to an LMS through LTI. The LMS launches the hosted course as an LTI 1.3 tool instead of importing a SCORM package.
Tracking depends on the launch route and on what the course itself reports. Interaction-level detail is only available when the content and the route both support it.

xAPI and cmi5 content writes statements to the Learning Record Store that runs with SCORM Dispatch. Completion and score still appear in your Dispatch reports. You do not set up a separate LRS to host or dispatch that content.
