Deliver and track training without an LMS.
Create a dispatch as usual, then share the External Link. The learner opens the hosted course in the browser. You keep the original files and the same licence limits, expiry dates and revocation controls.
Identify the learner
They open the link and enter first name, last name and email on a launch form. Returning learners use the same email to resume. You can choose not to store names, in which case the email is stored as a hash.
Track activity
Usage, completion and score are recorded in SCORM Dispatch against that learner for the hosted course or bundle.
Keep access control
Learner limits, expiry and revocation still apply to the shared URL. Closing the dispatch closes the link.
Learner launch
They open the link. You keep the files.
The learner launches the hosted course or bundle player. They do not download the original package. If the dispatch is a bundle, they see the same course list, lock rules and certificate availability as they would from an LMS launch.
