SCORM Dispatch runs on DigitalOcean in London. Hosted course packages are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces in the lon1 region. That is the data location we operate: United Kingdom (London).

Data we collect
Account, content and launch records
The platform stores the information needed to run licences, launches and reporting.
Course files
Packages and configuration you upload or connect, including bundles, certificates and dispatch settings.
Launch records
Learner identifier and name as sent by the LMS (or hashed when you choose not to store names), plus completion, score and time. xAPI and cmi5 statements are stored in the built-in Learning Record Store. IP address is stored when an access limit is in use.
Retention and deletion
How long records are kept
Launch and licence records remain for as long as the account needs them for reporting and access control. For account closure or deletion of personal data, contact us. Full processing detail is in the privacy policy.
Security controls
Controls you can switch on
Licence and learner limits, dispatch expiry, attempt limits, optional IP access limits, hashed learner names, and API tokens. Administrators can also enable SSO from Settings.
Provider assurance
SOC reports sit with DigitalOcean
DigitalOcean publishes SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 reports for its infrastructure. That is the provider’s assurance. It is not a certification of SCORM Dispatch, and it is not an ISO 27001 claim for this product.
